Licensed Practical Nurse

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse Role with Sienna Senior Living

As an LPN, you’ll provide vital nursing care as per physician orders and regulatory standards. Key duties involve medication management, fostering independence among residents, and effective communication with healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in line with care plans

• Safeguard and control medications as required

• Create an environment for dignity and independence

• Support optimal resident capabilities in daily living

• Communicate effectively with team members and families

Requirements:

• Practical Nursing diploma required

• Current LPN registration with College of Nurses BC

• First Aid and CPR certification needed

• Annual completion of RAI MDS certification

• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check
