Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and train staff in Home Support Services

• Effectively implement individualized client care plans

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments

• Advocate for improvements in client health outcomes

• Ensure adherence to BCCNM standards and protocols

Requirements:

• Licensed with BCCNM as a practical nurse

• Three years of nursing experience required

• One year of supervisory experience preferred

• Valid BC Driver’s License is necessary

• Flexibility in schedule for shift requirements
