This role offers two Permanent Full-Time opportunities with rotating shifts catering to both day and night schedules. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering medications, and participating in collaborative patient care. Candidates must be fully licensed and CPR certified to ensure adherence to care standards in compliance with regulatory practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement personalized care plans for residents
• Administer medications per established protocols
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to deliver care
• Operate within BCCNM competency guidelines
• Maintain the dignity and respect of all patients
Requirements:
• Degree from a Practical Nurse program
• Active full practicing license from BCCNM required
• CPR certification is a must
• Preferred experience in long-term care
• Must exhibit reliability, flexibility, and motivation
