Become an impactful Registered Nurse with Interior Health at North Hills Care Centre in Kamloops, BC. Lead home health initiatives and help clients achieve their care goals each day.
Interior Health is seeking a committed Registered Nurse for a relief full-time role until January 2028. This position requires experience in case management, palliative care, and nursing assessments. You will develop personalized care plans, collaborate with healthcare providers, and enhance the quality of life for clients, primarily older adults with multiple comorbidities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop nursing care plans for clients
• Implement and adapt care services based on client needs
• Collaborate with health care providers for optimal outcomes
• Participate in committees and approved research initiatives
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in nursing practices
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Valid BC driver’s license for mobility
• Use of a personal vehicle may be necessary
• Ability to work assigned shifts from 08:00 to 16:13
