Interior Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for our RIH MED SURG 6N unit. You will engage in client assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating care within a dynamic clinical setting. This permanent part-time role offers rotating shifts to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage client health care needs
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary medical team
• Create and evaluate individualized care plans
• Base practice on nursing science and related content
• Respond to changing client healthcare situations
Requirements:
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Previous nursing experience in clinical settings
• Commitment to providing compassionate care
• Ability to adapt to shift scheduling
