Position: Private Nurse RN for Home Care
Provide exceptional one-on-one nursing support as a Private Nurse (RN) in home and community settings. Enjoy autonomy and client-centered care while earning $44.00-$52.00 per hour.

We are seeking a Private Nurse (RN) dedicated to delivering high-quality nursing care in various client environments. This position allows nurses to utilize strong clinical judgment and assessment skills, enhancing the well-being of individuals. Responsibilities include ongoing care, post-hospital support, and targeted wellness visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver private-duty nursing care in clients' homes

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and monitor conditions

• Administer medications and treatments as required

• Collaborate with families and care teams for effective planning

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation for each client

Requirements:

• Active registration as a Registered Nurse

• Current CPR certification mandatory

• Excellent assessment and communication abilities

• Home and community care experience is a plus

• Clear criminal record check required
