As part of a dedicated team at ANTTS, you will collaborate with nursing management to implement care plans for individuals facing substance misuse challenges. Your key responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering medications, and facilitating therapeutic communication with clients. You will also provide education and support in nursing-led group sessions while aligning with community medical partners to ensure holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on client assessments during intake and treatment
• Administer medications following strict protocols
• Engage in therapeutic communication with clients in crisis
• Facilitate educational group sessions for clients
• Maintain documentation in accordance with BCCNM standards
Requirements:
• RN designation with BC provincial license
• Experience in addiction or mental health settings
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
