We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to enhance our Operating Room team. This casual position requires independence and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams while providing quality nursing care to OR patients. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to OR patients independently and collaboratively
• Enhance patient quality of life through consultation and collaboration
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice in nursing
• Maintain and advance clinical competencies continuously
• Participate in hospital committees and research projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Current practicing registration with BCCNM
• Current CPR certification
• One year recent related clinical experience in operating room
• Advanced preparation in perioperative nursing
