Position: Licensed Practical Nurse at Sienna Senior Living

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver exceptional nursing care according to established policies and physician orders. Collaborating closely with the interprofessional team, you’ll provide a safe environment, optimize resident potential, and ensure effective communication with families and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care per established policy and physician’s orders

• Ensure safe handling and storage of medications

• Create a dignified and comfortable environment for residents

• Continuously assess resident status and document changes

• Collaborate with team members to enhance resident care

Requirements:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing required

• Current LPN registration with the College of Nurses BC

• First Aid and CPR certification

• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check for Ontario applicants

• Successful Criminal Record Check for BC applicants
