Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to emergency patients effectively
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes
• Advance clinical skills and participate in continuous improvement
• Engage in designated hospital committees and research projects
• Provide consultation and support to patients and families
Requirements:
• Current registration with BCCNM as an RN
• Advanced ED clinical specialty training required
• CPR certification within last 3 years
• BCLS certification within last 3 years
• 2 years' critical care experience preferred
