In this position, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care in a nurturing NICU environment. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team ensures that client-centered principles are applied effectively to address each family's unique health care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess neonatal patients and plan appropriate care
• Work collaboratively with health care teams
• Develop and execute individualized care strategies
• Provide education to families about newborn health
• Keep informed on nursing science and best practices
Requirements:
• Active BC Registered Nurse license
• Experience in neonatal care preferred
• Strong understanding of client-centered approaches
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility for rotating day and night shifts
Contribute to neonatal health and family support by joining Interior Health's NICU team at Royal Inland Hospital.
