This temporary position spans 18 months, dedicating one day each week to providing high-quality, one-on-one nursing care. You'll be responsible for patient assessments, medication administration teaching, and monitoring for reactions to treatment. Key Responsibilities:
• Create individualized nursing care plans and reviews
• Conduct thorough patient health assessments
• Obtain IV access for treatment administration
• Administer specialized pharmacological treatments
• Document patient conditions and report adverse events
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Valid registration with the provincial nursing body
• Current BLS certification, ACLS for clinic roles
• Experience in specialty pharma or critical care
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
