Key Responsibilities:

• Develop patient-specific care plans and assessments

Requirements:

• BSN or equivalent nursing degree

• Current registration in good standing

• Critical care or home care experience preferred

• Strong IV skills; central line experience ideal

• Organized multitasker with a valid driver’s license
