This Relief Full Time RN position will last until January 20, 2027, where you'll provide top-notch nursing care to ICU patients.
Your role will involve collaborating in an interdisciplinary team to elevate patients' quality of life and engaging in continuous nursing practice improvement. You'll also be part of a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ICU
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals effectively
• Implement evidence-based practices in daily nursing care
• Enhance your clinical skills through ongoing education
• Participate in designated hospital committees and projects
Requirements:
• Licensed RN in British Columbia
• Previous ICU experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts
• Focused on continuous learning and improvement
