Title:Community Health Nurse - Fly In/Fly Out across the Interior Region Salary: $48.41/hr.
- $58.40/hr. (pay range explained below)

8:30am-4:30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)

- Various locations - Yunesit'in (Alexis Creek), Neskonlith, Lillooet, Lytton, Housing is available at all sites and travel will be compensated Bargaining Unit: PIPSC BCFNHA Group (Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada)

The Role
As a Community Health Nurse, you will provide a comprehensive range of core nursing functions and services in remote First Nations communities in program areas of community and public heath, primary care, and urgent and emergent care. This includes health promotion and disease and injury prevention for individuals, families, groups, communities, and populations.
About YouTo be successful in this role you will have/be;
Education- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a recognized university or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Obtain and maintain Basic Life Support Certification Level C;
- Completion of a recognized specialty nursing program is an asset
- Requires a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
- Minimum one (1) year of recent point-of-care nursing experience in a related or relevant field
- Public Health Nursing experience required

Working at FNHA- A Casual employee will not be entitled to the Employer’s benefit plan, vacation or designated holidays and will instead be paid a premium of 13% for all straight time hours worked.

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step
