ANTTS is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse who excels in collaborative care and has experience with addiction and mental health treatment. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, medication administration, and facilitating therapeutic communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments and document findings
• Implement and adhere to personalized care plans
• Safely manage and administer medications to clients
• Lead educational sessions focused on client recovery
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for comprehensive care
Requirements:
• LPN designation with BC nursing licensing
• Experience with addiction or mental health patients
• Strong management and documentation skills
• Current First Aid & CPR certification required
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check before starting
