Position: Earthworks Quality Control Coordinator Role

As a Quality Control Coordinator for a significant earthworks project, you will oversee all quality aspects from excavation to grading. Your expertise will drive compliance with engineering drawings and industry standards while you work closely with project managers to address any immediate quality concerns. Your comprehensive approach will be pivotal in maintaining rigorous quality and safety controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor a tailored quality control plan

• Perform regular on-site inspections to assess quality

• Verify results of soil and compaction tests

• Keep detailed records of all project documentation

• Train and mentor field crews in quality procedures

Requirements:

• Experience as a QC Coordinator in earthworks or civil construction

• Strong knowledge of compaction methods and soil mechanics
