Quality Control Technician

In this seasonal, full-time role, you will report to the Manager, Quality Control, and be an essential part of the Quality Control Team. Your responsibilities will include conducting materials testing on-site and in the lab, collaborating with clients, and performing detailed documentation. A success in this position means upholding excellent quality standards that meet customer specifications and industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-field materials testing on construction sites

• Perform soil and asphalt testing in laboratory settings

• Prepare detailed test reports using Microsoft Office

• Collaborate with project managers and contractors

• Identify and report non-conformances promptly

Requirements:

• Experience in materials testing and civil construction

• Familiarity with quality management systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
