This entry-level role is designed for individuals with educational backgrounds in archaeology or related fields. You will engage in cultural resource management and directly support projects within the TteS territory. The position involves fieldwork and requires adherence to safety policies and cultural standards while documenting findings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out pedestrian surveys and monitoring
• Assist supervisors with data collection
• Document findings via notes, photos, and waypoints
• Prepare field equipment and vehicles for use
• Accurately submit timesheets and expense reports
Requirements:
• Background in relevant education and outdoor field experience
• Level 1 First Aid certification or willingness to train
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license required
• Clean driving record throughout employment
• Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks
This role combines archaeological research and field experience in a culturally rich environment.
