Archaeological Field Technician at Simpcw Resources

In this role, you'll conduct vital on-site assessments for major projects within Simpcw Territory, assisting experienced archaeologists with shovel testing and artifact analysis. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in systematic shovel testing and field surveys

• Identify potential artifacts and record field data

Requirements:

• Interest in archaeology and cultural resource management

• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

• Ability to work in varying terrain and weather

• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

• Previous field experience in related disciplines is an asset
