Position: Dynamic Retail Operations Assistant Role
Excel in customer service as a Retail Operations Assistant until October 1, 2026. Conduct client engagements, billing duties, and technician support in a flexible work environment.

This fixed-term role emphasizes providing a top-tier customer experience at the service center. You’ll be responsible for answering inquiries, greeting customers, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their journeys. A valid driver's license and experience in sales or customer service are preferred, with automotive knowledge being beneficial. Responsibilities also include assisting technicians and maintaining cleanliness at the workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent service and professionalism at all times

• Handle customer calls and address product questions

• Greet customers promptly upon arrival

• Support technicians and manage vehicle cleaning

• Keep the work environment clean and welcoming

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months customer service or sales experience

• Valid driver’s license is necessary

• Automotive experience is a valuable asset

• Ability to commute within a radius of 20 km

• Excellent communication skills needed
