Inventory Associate​/Driver

Job Summary

Inventory Associate/Driver – Starting wage $17.85 per hour with flexible work hours.

• Count and record inventory accurately.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow to maintain accuracy.
• Drive the team to and from inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when targets are reached.

• Productivity‑based wage increases up to $4.00 per hour over 9 months.
• Referral bonus of $200 per successful referral.
• Opportunity to become a paid driver; paid travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Pharmacy counter certification may be required.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Class 5 driver’s license.
• Experience in retail, stocking, customer service, cashiering, sales, driving or warehouse work.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance and consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• No post‑secondary education required; military experience and returning workforce encouraged.

Position requires prolonged standing and walking, use of both hands for repetitive motions, occasional squatting, kneeling or crouching, ladder use, and ability to travel via car. Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. is required.
