In this role, you will work closely with the Store Management Team, assisting in setting up the store, merchandising items, and providing superior guest services. Your daily responsibilities include operating the cash register, generating sales, and ensuring the store is well-organized and welcoming. The position requires physical activity, including climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and extensive standing or walking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support seasonal store setup and teardown

• Deliver guest services in line with company standards

• Generate additional sales through effective merchandising

• Handle transactions with the POS system efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 required

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds

• Must climb ladders and set up displays

• Capable of standing/walking for 8 hours

• Comply with the consignment operator's guidelines
