In this role, you will work alongside the store management team to instill core values and enhance team performance through coaching. You will be involved in effective stock management, merchandising, and driving sales achievements within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support loss prevention initiatives and investigations
• Assist in stock management and merchandising best practices
• Drive department sales goals and budgets
• Provide leadership and coaching to your team
• Promote a highly engaged and collaborative team culture
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in retail management
• Strong leadership abilities with a positive demeanor
• Flexibility for various work shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Comfort with physical demands of retail work
