We are seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor with less than a year of experience to coordinate retail operations. In this permanent, full-time role, you will assign duties, prepare reports on sales and personnel, and resolve customer concerns. Your hands-on approach will help maintain store productivity and foster a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign sales staff to various duties

• Authorize payments and returns of merchandise

• Order and manage merchandise inventory

• Establish work schedules for optimal coverage

• Resolve customer requests and supply issues

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

• Must be a permanent or temporary resident in Canada

• Ability to work on-site without remote options
