This position at Pet Valu focuses on mentoring your team and upholding high standards of service. You will coordinate staff training, manage daily operations, and ensure customer service excellence throughout the store. Key Responsibilities:
• Coach store staff to meet customer service expectations

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of retail management experience
• Passion for the pet care industry and customer service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
