Salary $19-$20 per hour

• As Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in leading all aspects of store performance including training, and developing a high-performing sales team.
• You will help drive sales results and key retail metrics while creating an engaging and interactive in-store experience.
• The role includes coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service, assisting in managing daily store operations including merchandising, scheduling, and inventory, and ensuring the store reflects Showcase brand standards and energy.
• You will work closely with your Manager to grow sales and build a strong team culture.

• Candidates should have retail management experience as an Assistant Store Manager, strong leadership and team development skills, and a passion for customer experience and sales performance.
• You should be able to help Assist Store Manager to coach and motivate a team to achieve goals while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Experience in mall retail environments is considered an asset.
