Retail Operations Assistant - Speedy Glass

Job Title   Retail Operations Assistant  – Fixed term position ending October 1, 2026.
What you will do   Provide an outstanding customer experience and show a professional image.
Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.
Greet customers at the service center.
Accompany clients according to their needs.
Complete billing.
Support technicians during installation and repairs, clean and vacuum cars.
Ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
What you’ll need   Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service (asset).
Valid driver’s licence.
Previous experience in the automotive industry (asset).
Ability to commute within a radius of 20 km.
Salary and benefits  Range of pay: $23.90 – $25.20 per hour. Compensation details reflect this range. Individual pay determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
