Customer Service Shipper​/Receiver

Flodraulic is seeking a motivated Customer Service Shipper/Receiver in Kamloops, BC. This full-time, in-person role offers a unique opportunity to grow through diverse warehouse tasks and direct customer interactions.

As part of Flodraulic's dynamic team, you will begin your journey with hands-on shipping and receiving duties while expanding into customer service and inside sales. This position provides exposure to various aspects of operations in an engaging environment where your contributions directly influence the branch's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and pack customer orders

• Prepare and ship orders throughout Canada and the U.S.

• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse efficiency

• Assist customers both at the counter and on the phone

• Support overall branch operations as needed

Requirements:

• Experience as a shipper/receiver or in a warehouse setting

• Strong work ethic with a detail-oriented mindset

• Positive attitude and team-first approach

• Eagerness to learn customer interaction skills

• Forklift experience is a plus
