Position: Walmart People Greeter Role

The People Greeter position is pivotal in ensuring customers feel welcomed and assisted while shopping. You will help monitor store safety and loss prevention, respond to EAS alerts, and engage with customers to facilitate their shopping needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer friendly service to everyone entering and exiting the store

• Assist in loss prevention by monitoring activities

• Handle EAS alerts and complete necessary documentation

• Direct customers and provide supportive shopping resources

• Contribute to a safe and clean shopping environment

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings

• Capable of standing for long periods

• Excellent customer engagement skills
