Join the Pet Valu team in Kamloops as a Keyholder, starting from $18.60 per hour. Drive customer engagement, ensure store operations, and enhance the health and happiness of pets.
As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in the retail experience at Pet Valu, which has a strong commitment to pet care and community engagement. With responsibilities ranging from cashier duties to assisting with deliveries, you will help maintain a welcoming environment for customers. Your leadership will inspire staff while ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead store operations in absence of management
• Process customer transactions and manage cash duties
• Stock merchandise and assist in store maintenance
• Unload deliveries and manage product placement
• Facilitate daily tasks and set goals for team members
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in retail or customer service
• Experience with POS systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
