Retail Customer Experience Representative

In this position, you’ll oversee various operations, manage inventory, and create visually stimulating displays. Your ability to connect with customers and add joy to their shopping experience is essential. You will also assist in fostering a safe and healthy work environment through accountability and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock and conduct inventory cycle counts

• Ensure captivating merchandising throughout the store

• Engage customers actively on the sales floor

• Support health and safety initiatives for staff and customers

• Leverage product knowledge to enhance customer experience
Requirements:

• Retail experience is preferred but not essential

• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction

• Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely

• Availability for a flexible work schedule

• Bilingualism is required in Québec; additional languages are a plus
