Take on the Keyholder role at Pet Valu in 100 Mile House, BC, and enhance the pet supply shopping experience. Your customer service skills and retail knowledge will play a vital part in our team.
In this position, you will assist in daily operations, tackle cashier responsibilities, and maintain store cleanliness. Your passion for pets will help guide customer choices while creating a welcoming shopping environment. As a Keyholder, you are also entrusted with operational tasks when managers are not present, ensuring exceptional service throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transactions at the cash register
• Conduct general maintenance like sweeping and dusting
• Help stock product deliveries efficiently
• Supervise team tasks and set daily objectives
• Ensure store opens and closes correctly
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
• Working knowledge of POS systems required
• Friendly personality with strong service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Reliable means of transportation and potential driver's license needed
