• Lead and mentor bakery staff in daily tasks

• Encourage team training and development opportunities

Requirements:
• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
• Food Safe Certification is necessary
• Passionate about food service and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrates strong work ethics and enthusiasm
• Ability to manage stock counts effectively
