Join our team at this specialized ski retail and repair shop in British Columbia. As a Retail Bootfitter, you will be trained by an experienced owner and responsible for various boot fitting services. This role involves direct customer interaction to assess needs and make precise modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and recommend boot modifications
• Keep the work environment safe, clean, and organized
• Manage customer appointments for boot fitting
• Educate customers on different boot types and features
• Support retail sales as needed
Requirements:
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Previous boot fitting experience required
• Strong grasp of foot anatomy and physiology
• Detail-oriented and effective at multitasking
• Passionate about customer service
