As a key member of the team, the Consumables Specialist will focus on excellent customer service and effective merchandise handling. You’ll engage with shoppers, assist them in decision-making, and maintain an orderly sales floor stocked with quality products. Your contributions will ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and assist with their inquiries
• Stock and rotate merchandise effectively
• Maintain store presentation with product displays
• Process returns and manage inventory claims
• Administer required paperwork and documentation for stock
Requirements:
• Age requirement of 16 and older
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Capability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
• Retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory
