Location: Revelstoke
Lead retail operations at Chevron in Revelstoke with strong interpersonal skills and flexible availability across day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
This permanent, full-time Retail Store Supervisor position oversees daily sales activities and staff coordination. You will assign duties, establish schedules, support training, order merchandise, and maintain inventory. The role also includes selling merchandise and preparing operational reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign duties to sales workers
- Establish work schedules across assigned shifts
- Hire and arrange staff training
- Order merchandise and organize inventory
- Resolve customer, complaint, and supply issues
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- One to less than seven months related experience
- Ability to supervise three to four people
- Fluent English and excellent oral communication
- Client-focused, organized, and detail-oriented approach
