OverviewThe Delivery Team Lead contributes to the success of Pepsi Co Beverages Canada by ensuring Pepsi Co Beverages products are delivered to all customers in a pre-determined territory. This individual is responsible for cultivating a strong team environment, motivating their team to provide superior marketplace execution and customer service while achieving Pepsi Co Beverages Canada objectives.

ResponsibilitiesCoach and lead a team on delivery, display execution, merchandising standards, rotation, keep back room clean and organized, and ensure accurate and timely deliveries are achievedEnsure accounts are delivered 100 per cent as scheduledWork closely with the Pepsi Co Beverages Canada Sales department to ensure effective service and all instructions are executed; racks, point-of-sale; displays, etc.Follow up and resolved all customer issues, within Pepsi Co Beverages Canada standardsEnsure the delivery organization is fully staffed and trainedEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredProfessional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative Solid leadership and interpersonal skills requiredDemonstrated analytical skills Strong communication and presentation skills requiredConsumer Products experience in a direct store delivery environment is a plusDemonstrated computer proficiency:
