Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and involves indoor/outdoor work. Partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities- You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required
- A valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license (regulatory compliance for vehicles weighing >10,000 lbs.).
- Eligibility for any provincial requirements for operating a regulated vehicle.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range considers factors such as skill sets, experience, training, performance, and business needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range, and compensation decisions are fact‑based.
