Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and assist on coverage

• Follow up on renewals and changes

• Closely review and analyze claims with clients

• Issue certificates of insurance

• Close sales through upselling and cross-selling

Requirements:

• Level 2 General Insurance License needed

• 2-5 years in commercial insurance sales

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Driven to achieve sales results
