Renewal by Andersen is looking for confident, motivated sales professionals to join our BC Team.

This is a commission-only sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential, but unlike many commission roles, you’re not expected to build your pipeline from scratch. We invest heavily in generating qualified homeowner appointments through our call center, digital marketing, events, direct mail, television, and other channels. You focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing business.

• Meet homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
• Understand their needs and recommend customized window and patio door solutions
• Present products, pricing, financing, and warranty options
• Guide customers through a consultative sales process
• Build trust, overcome objections, and close sales
• Maintain customer information and follow-up activity in Salesforce
• Generate referrals and develop self-generated business
• Partner with our installation and operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

• A track record of success in commission-based, outside sales, in-home sales, automotive sales, real estate, or another performance-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence presenting and closing face-to-face
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Strong personal accountability and follow-through
• A willingness to learn and be coached
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This role is best suited for someone who wants their earning potential tied directly to their performance. There is travel between appointments, and homeowner availability means evenings and weekends are part of the schedule.
