No prior insurance experience is necessary; we will provide training to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with clients and teammates
• Promote and sell various insurance products to reach sales goals
• Process auto insurance transactions efficiently
• Upsell additional products to enhance client value
• Manage phone calls and administrative tasks to support operations
Requirements:
• Self-starter with a drive to exceed sales targets
• Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
• Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
