Are you a natural salesperson who builds trust fast, follows through, and loves the feeling of closing? You don't need an insurance background. If you can sell, we can teach you the rest. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will sell home, tenant and condo insurance to clients across your community. You will own your pipeline, work your leads and referrals, and hit your targets.

We will fund and support your licensing and product training from day one, so your focus stays where you're strongest: building relationships and winning business.

• Build genuine rapport with clients, uncover what matters to them, and recommend coverage that fits
• Follow up consistently and hold your own pipeline, nothing falls through the cracks
• Hit and exceed monthly sales and retention targets
• Grow your book through referral generation and repeat business from happy clients
• Process renewals and ensure policies are issued accurately and in a timely manner
• Build deep product knowledge in home, tenant and condo insurance through continuous education and learning opportunities

• A proven track record of hitting or beating sales targets, in any industry
• Strong closing instincts and comfort asking for the business
• Natural ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly, in person and over the phone
• Resilience and self-motivation, you keep going after a no
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced team environment
• Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency
• Willingness to obtain your Level 1 General Insurance License
• Personal insurance experience, a General Insurance License, or an industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma) is an asset but not required

The expected salary range for this position is $46,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
