, you’ll play a key role in driving business success. You’ll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a results-focused role ideal for someone with a competitive edge and a passion for personal growth.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—but not required

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
• Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $49,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
