Kuby Renewable Energy is seeking confident, driven sales professionals to represent our residential solar program at Costco locations. This is a high-earning, performance-based opportunity where your success directly translates to income—with top performers regularly earning $60,000+ annually.
You’ll be the face of our program in-store, engaging Costco members, educating them about the value of residential solar, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. If you thrive on building connections with people and closing deals, this role offers significant earning potential in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
Compensation & Earning Potential- Hourly Rate of $20/hr + Commission Incentives
- Earning range: CA $60,000 – CA $100,000+ per year
- Average commission: CA $1200–$2000 per month
- Annual opportunity: 120+ closed deals
- Compensation is directly tied to performance—strong, consistent performers earn at the higher end of the range
- Engage Costco members with confidence and professionalism
- Educate customers on the value and benefits of residential solar
- Qualify leads and book high-quality appointments for our sales team
- Represent Kuby's brand with consistency and integrity
- Maintain a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident initiating conversations and building rapport
Self-motivated and results-oriented - Reliable, consistent, and coachable
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation model
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (an asset, not required)
- Unlimited earning potential based on your performance
