In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your substantial experience to guide fisheries assessments and manage extensive regulatory requirements. Collaboration with clients, Indigenous communities, and regulators will be essential to your success. You will lead the development of technical reports, mentor junior staff, and drive business growth initiatives in fisheries services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fisheries assessments and population evaluations

• Conduct aquatic effects assessments and mitigation planning

• Oversee detailed regulatory submissions and reports

• Manage large projects with budgeting and scheduling

• Mentor technical staff for quality field operations

Requirements:

• 15+ years of ecological consulting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
Master’s is an asset

• Registered Professional Biologist status in BC

• Proficient in data management and analysis

• Strong project coordination and communication skills
