Position: Security Supervisor with Client Focus
Elevate security management as a Security Guard Supervisor focused on client service and team coordination. Ensure efficiency, supervise activities, and assist clients with unique needs while traveling.

This role involves supervising a team of 5-10 guards while coordinating security operations across locations. You will train staff in safety procedures and support them in resolving issues. Additionally, you'll maintain communication with clients and prepare reports on team progress and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and co-ordinate security staff activities

• Manage emergency situations and client interactions

• Resolve work problems and offer technical guidance

• Requisition and order necessary materials and supplies

• Prepare detailed reports on security operations

Requirements:

• High school graduation is mandatory

• 7 months to 1 year of security supervisory experience

• Must hold a valid Security Guard License

• Proficient in technical problem-solving

• Available for frequent travel
