This position involves managing security operations for a diverse portfolio of clients. As the main point of contact, you will ensure security needs are met while leading your team. Your responsibilities include preparing operational reports, conducting security evaluations, and maintaining seamless communication with stakeholders to uphold Paladin’s standards across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain necessary Site Orders
• Ensure trained staff meets contractual obligations
• Perform regular security facility evaluations
• Provide effective communication to field supervisors
• Conduct staff interviews and enforce training requirements
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of security practices
• Excellent organizational and delegation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must possess valid BC Security Licence
Your leadership and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining high security standards for our clients.
