BCLC is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist in Corporate Security who will manage ongoing threat assessments and oversee security protocols at both Vancouver and Kamloops offices. You'll provide consultations on security needs for various BCLC products while fostering a player-focused environment. This permanent full-time role is key to maintaining BCLC's commitment to integrity and community safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing threat and risk assessments at BCLC facilities

• Advise management on physical security strategies and threats

• Oversee contract security personnel and manage vendor relationships

• Coordinate internal CCTV and access control systems

• Develop corporate security training and implementation

Requirements:

• Degree in risk management or related field

• 4 to 6 years in corporate security or risk management

• Project management experience is essential

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and travel capability
