In this part-time role, you will conduct foot and vehicle patrols while monitoring airport property, all while providing stellar customer service. Your ability to respond quickly to incidents and ensure compliance in restricted areas is crucial. Adaptability in diverse weather conditions is essential to support airport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain security
• Monitor airport property for suspicious activities
• Control access to secure areas, verifying credentials
• Respond to emergencies and document incidents
• Support airport maintenance during winter conditions
Requirements:
• Valid BC Security Worker Licence and authorized to work in Canada
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean abstract
• First Aid Certification - OFA 1 or OFA 2
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods
